Blue Living Marbella is a Real Estate website with a list of houses and different types of housing units for sale, as well as new projects for investments along Costa del Sol. We cover the whole coast line between Nerja and Sotogrande, but the main focus is between Malaga and Estepona. Our main target ares in this region of Spain are; Malaga City, Torremolinos, Benalamadena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Elviria, El Rosario, Alhaurin, Marbella, Sierra Blanca, Puerto Banus, Nueva Andalucia, Los Flamingos, La Zagaleta, Benahavis, San Pedro de Alcantara, Estepona, Sotogrande.
We are here to assist you making important decisions in your lives. Our background is from Real Estate sales, housing constructions and refurbishing of housing units in Norway and now also in Spain. We started in Norway in 1997 part time, and eventually full time from 2002 and on.
After having visited many countries for the past seven years, in fact more than 50 countries and overseas territories in all continents, we decided to stay in Europe, and the choice fell on Spain in 2016, and specifically the Costa del Sol area, being the most sub-tropical spot in Europe.
We will be marketing the Real Estate projects here through our website Blue Living Marbella. As the name is revealing, we focus very much on Marbella and the surrounding areas, both north towards Málaga and southwards to Sotogrande.
Since we have imported houses and built them ourselves through our own companies in the past, we consider ourselves quite skilled in regards of housing quality and standards. We have also refurbished numerous houses, and we are happy to offer this service to homebuyers here as well if needed. If we combine this knowledge with what you as a customer is looking for, we feel confident that you will be very satisfied.
As part of the service we offer to act as your personal shopper, we can meet your expectations of finding a suitable home, refurbish it if needed or even build you a new home.

Meet our team
Rolf Helbeg Jr.
Founder/ Director
Rolf Helberg jr. is the CEO and one of the owners & founders of Blue Living Marbella together with his wife Trude Helberg. Rolf is a former officer in the Norwegian Army and later as a full time Real Estate investor and Real Estate developer since the beginning of the 2000’s.
He also has a marketing degree in International Marketing at the Norwegian School of Marketing NMH, now called BI. Rolf has an extensive knowledge about the Real Estate industry here on Costa del Sol, local knowledge of all the areas, and an overview over many resales and investment opportunities in the region.
Rolf speaks: English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Italian, Spanish and some German and French.
Trude Helberg
Founder/ Director
Trude Helberg is one of the owners & founders of Blue Living Marbella together with her husband Rolf Helberg jr. Trude is a Law graduate who holds the Candidate of Law (Cand. jur.) degree from the University of Oslo, Faculty of Law (duration six years).
Since graduation she has alongside her work career taken courses in mediation, English law and studied Spanish at the University of Málaga.
She has 10 years of experience from the real estate industry and is to this day CEO and Chairman of several European companies. Trude is passionate about the real estate industry here on Costa del Sol and its many wonderful investment opportunities.
Trude speaks: English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, German, Spanish and some Italian and French. She can also read documents in Portuguese and Catalán.
